There's nothing quite like setting yourself a challenge and using that as motivation towards achieving your goal. Once you've set yourself a challenge and put it out there for the world to see, it's then up to you to deliver the goods, for the world to see! Set yourself a challenge to beat your personal best (PB) in any cardio exercise you enjoy or just want to improve at. Now you can focus on distance, time, calories etc . Post a video of your best attempt before and after a set time frame (a week, month, or up to six weks) that you can commit to in order to see those gains. Remember your only competition is yourself, so don't cheat yourself, step up and do your best, that's all you need to do! Good luck!
