There's nothing quite like setting yourself a challenge (especially publicly) and using that as motivation to fuel progress towards your goal. Once you've set yourself a challenge and put it out there for the world to see, it's then up to you to deliver the goods! But this is really all about YOU. Set yourself a challenge to beat your personal best (PB) in any exercise that targets the Core & Abs. Now this can be total number of reps in a single set, max number or reps within a set time frame or progressively mastering a challenging core exercise you struggle with today. Post a video of your best attempt before and after a set time frame (week, month etc) that you can commit to in order to see those gains. Remember your only competition is yourself, so don't cheat yourself, step up and do your best, that's all you need to do! Good luck!
