Ready to set yourself a challenge of beating your personal best (PB) time over a distance of 10k? Now we know 10k is further than many people have walked in one go, let alone run, so if it's a challenge to walk that distance, then you've got something to work and walk towards. Build up slowly but surely, be consistent and you'll reach the finish line. Remember, your only competition is yourself, so don't cheat yourself, step up and do your best, that's all you need to do!
